I'm not trying to force my views on anyone else - our health is far too important for us not to take personal responsibility for it, but I can't find all this vital information and not share it so that you can have the chance to evaluate it and make your own mind up. All of the people listed are worth listening to/reading. There are links on the pages above already and more will be added as a) I get the time and b) find more. Please do yourself a huge favour and don't say "I wish I'd known this 30 years ago" as I do now.
